Project overview
The Onyx Hairline project explores two visual directions for the same hair extensions, coloring, and treatment brand. Both versions share a fast static architecture while testing different editorial layouts, navigation rhythms, palettes, and scroll interactions.
What I built
- 01
Created reusable Astro service templates driven by structured content for extensions, coloring, and treatments.
- 02
Designed two distinct responsive art directions: a refined luxury layout and a more cinematic asymmetric composition.
- 03
Added GSAP and ScrollTrigger motion with static fallbacks when the visitor prefers reduced motion.
- 04
Prepared the output for GitHub Pages previews and simple cPanel or FTP production deployment.
Implementation notes
The production build is fully static and requires no database, API route, or persistent Node.js process.
Service pages share layouts and content structures, keeping future updates consistent across the site.
