Project overview
Content is planned in a Google Sheet with a platform, a date and a status. Every morning at 6:00 the workflow picks the rows marked ready for today, routes each one to its platform, publishes it, and writes the post ID and timestamp back to the sheet.
What I built
- 01
Schedule trigger reads the sheet and filters to rows with Status = ready and today’s date.
- 02
A Switch node routes each row to its platform branch.
- 03
Posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts and TikTok, one per platform per day.
- 04
Writes the post ID, time and posted status back to the sheet.
Implementation notes
Status-driven, so re-running the workflow never double-posts.
Includes a sample CSV and an Apps Script that formats the sheet with dropdowns.
