The brief

Somnium needed a steady flow of new agency clients across Europe, the UAE and the US, with no list-buying, no burned domains and no one copying emails by hand.

What I built

1. 01

   Scraped business leads from Google Maps into PostgreSQL, then validated each email address against the company domain and its MX records before it could be contacted.

2. 02

   Spread sending across a pool of mailboxes with a slow ramp-up, weekday sending hours, random gaps of 25 to 75 seconds and a hard daily ceiling.

3. 03

   Paused automatically on bounces or SMTP failures, removed unsubscribers on every channel, and saved a copy of every sent email in the mailbox Sent folder over IMAP.

4. 04

   Added a WhatsApp channel for opted-in leads only, with its own warm-up and risk controls, all behind HTTP Basic auth and reachable only over Tailscale.
