Clinic CRM for client records, staff calendars, online booking and WhatsApp reminders.
The brief
The clinic kept clients in notebooks and phone contacts, booked appointments by hand, and had no reliable way to bring clients back when a treatment was due again.
What I built
- 01
Built an internal CRM in Albanian on FastAPI and PostgreSQL, rendered on the server so it runs fast on old reception computers.
- 02
Required two-factor sign-in on every login, encrypted client contact details at rest, and logged every change in an audit trail.
- 03
Gave every staff member a personal calendar and a public booking link. Bookings check live availability against treatment durations.
- 04
Added a background worker that sends birthday, holiday and return-visit messages on WhatsApp, with a daily safety limit.

Quick actions for booking, registering clients and logging services, with today’s KPIs and every staff booking link.
Calendar
Month grid and day agenda, filterable by staff member. Online bookings appear here automatically.
Clients
Search and filter chips for birthdays, recent services and messaging status, with a full visit history per client.
Communication
Birthday, holiday and return-visit automations, one-off campaigns and delivery history over WhatsApp.
Reports
Pick a period and sections, preview on screen, and download CSV for Excel.
QR self-registration
A printable reception QR code: clients fill in their own details, and staff approve them into the CRM.
