Project overview
Built for service businesses that live on form enquiries. A new Tally submission is validated, qualified by Groq into hot, warm or cold, stored in Postgres, synced to Airtable and answered with a personalised email. Leads that do not book get up to three follow-ups, and Calendly bookings update the pipeline automatically.
What I built
- 01
Intake workflow validates the email, asks Groq for a structured qualification and alerts the team on hot leads.
- 02
A personalised first reply goes out through Gmail while the lead is still on the site.
- 03
Daily follow-up sequence sends up to three messages, each from a different angle.
- 04
Calendly webhook marks leads as meeting_booked and stops the sequence.
Implementation notes
Structured LLM output keeps scoring consistent and auditable in Postgres.
Airtable acts as the sales team’s pipeline view, so nobody needs access to n8n.
