Google Maps Lead Scraper & B2B Data Pipeline

The brief

Outbound campaigns need accurate lists of real businesses with a phone number, an email or a named decision-maker, without buying stale databases and without contacting the same company twice.

What I built

1. 01

   Built a Dockerized Google Maps scraper: jobs like “dental clinic, Berlin” run concurrently with per-job timeouts and lead caps, and emails are looked up on company websites.

2. 02

   Deduplicated by Google place ID and by company name, and appended results incrementally to CSV and a managed PostgreSQL table, so every job is safe to restart.

3. 03

   Added an OpenStreetMap list builder using the free Overpass API for radius-based business lists with real phone, email and website fields.

4. 04

   Pulled active companies from a public business registry, ranked them by registered capital and kept only firms with a named administrator and a valid phone number.
